A BILL

To enact section 5533.261 of the Revised Code to

designate a portion of Interstate Route 670 as the

"Dana G. 'Buck' Rinehart Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.261 of the Revised Code be	4
enacted to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5533.261. That portion of the road known as interstate	6
route six hundred seventy, running in an easterly and westerly	7
direction, through the municipal corporation of Columbus in	8
Franklin county, between fourth street and interstate route	9
seventy, shall be known as the "Dana G. 'Buck' Rinehart Highway."	10

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	11
along the highway indicating its name.	12
