identify the source of specific project funding 4
and to declare an emergency.5

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 121.531 of the Revised Code be 6
enacted to read as follows:7

Sec. 121.531.  No recipient or distributor of funds received 8
under the "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009," Pub. 9
L. No. 111-5, 123 Stat. 115, shall spend such funds to purchase, 10
produce, erect, or maintain signs identifying the American 11
Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 as the source of specific 12
project funding.13

Section 2. This act is hereby declared to be an emergency 14
measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public 15
