To limit the amount of money that may be spent on 1
signs that identify the American Recovery and 2
Reinvestment Act of 2009 as the source of specific 3
project funding.4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. No recipient or distributor of funds received 5
under the "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009," Pub. 6
L. No. 111-5, 123 Stat. 115, shall spend more than one hundred 7
fifty dollars per sign to purchase or produce signs identifying 8
the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 as the source 9
of specific project funding.10
