A BILL

To enact section 5533.97 of the Revised Code to

designate a portion of State Route 18 located

within Medina County only as the "Sgt. Michael W.

Finke, Jr., Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That section 5533.97 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.97.  That portion of the road known as state route	7
number eighteen, commencing at the intersection of that state	8
route and interstate route number seventy-one and extending in an	9
easterly direction to the intersection of that state route and	10
interstate route number seventy-seven within Medina county only,	11
shall be known as the "Sgt. Michael W. Finke, Jr., Memorial	12
Highway."	13

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	14
along the highway indicating its name.	15
