Bill Title: To require the Superintendent of the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation to establish and operate on the internet a database that contains information for every offender who within the prior 10 years or at any time in the future was or is convicted of or pleaded or pleads guilty to committing a felony offense against a person under eighteen years of age.
