Summary

To amend section 5502.63 and to enact section 9.71 of the Revised Code to generally bar public officials from prohibiting federally licensed firearms dealers in the state or a specified geographic area from the commercial sale or transfer of firearms or their components or ammunition and to modify the definition of federally licensed firearms dealer.
