Summary

To amend sections 317.24 and 317.241 of the Revised Code to authorize county recorders to record the discharge records of individuals who served with the United States Public Health Service or the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and to make these individuals eligible to obtain an Ohio veterans identification card.
