Summary

To amend sections 2907.03, 2907.06, 2929.01, 2929.13, 2929.14, 2929.22, and 2929.24 and to enact section 2941.1424 of the Revised Code to require a mandatory prison term for sexual battery, expand the offense of sexual imposition, and require a mandatory prison term or jail term for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, gross sexual imposition, importuning, and endangering children under specified circumstances involving a victim who is a minor or student and an offender who is a person in authority with respect to the victim.
