Summary

To amend sections 2925.02, 2925.03, 2925.06, 2925.11, 2925.13, 2925.22, 2925.23, 2925.36, 2925.37, 2929.13, 2951.041, and 2953.08 of the Revised Code to eliminate the special sentencing mechanism that applies for most felonies of the fourth and fifth degree and that generally provides for a community control sanction for such offenses.
