Summary
To amend sections 2923.122, 2923.123, 2923.126, and 2923.1212 of the Revised Code to generally authorize a person who is a state or local government official and has a valid concealed handgun license to carry a handgun concealed into any publicly owned facility that is not a secure facility and to amend the versions of sections 2923.126 and 2923.1212 of the Revised Code that are scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2014, to continue the provisions of this act on and after that effective date.
