Bill Title: Requires the commissioner of education, in conjunction with the commissioner of health, to promulgate rules and regulations regarding: written protocols by each school district relating to the H1N1 virus; information to parents and staff; and procedures in the case of a possible outbreak; also requires the department of health to conduct a study on the feasibility of establishing a school-based influenza vaccination pilot program and to report to the governor and legislature one year after the effective date.
