        Introduced  by  Sen.  SEWARD -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Health
        AN ACT to amend chapter 563 of the laws  of  2001  amending  the  public
          health law relating to providing for an emergency technician five year
          re-certification   demonstration   program  in  certain  counties,  in
          relation to the effectiveness thereof
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1.  Section 2 of chapter 563 of the laws of 2001 amending the
     2  public health law relating to providing  for  any  emergency  technician
     3  five  year  re-certification demonstrations program in certain counties,
     4  as amended by chapter 78 of the laws of 2013,  is  amended  to  read  as
     5  follows:
     6    §  2.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
     7  deemed repealed July 1, [2018] 2023.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
