       Introduced  by  Sen.  C. JOHNSON  -- read twice and ordered printed, and
         when printed to be committed to the Committee on Education
       AN ACT to repeal section 7 of a chapter of the laws of 2010 as  proposed
         in  legislative  bills  numbers  S.  5523-A  and A. 10130 amending the
         education law and the general municipal law relating to  enacting  the
         education  mandate  relief  act  of  2010,  relating  to the education
         mandate relief act of 2010
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  Section  7  of a chapter of the laws of 2010 amending the
    2  education law and the general municipal law  relating  to  enacting  the
    3  education  mandate  relief act of 2010, as proposed in legislative bills
    4  numbers S.5523-A and A.10130, is REPEALED.
    5    S 2. This act shall take effect on the  same  date  and  in  the  same
    6  manner as section 7 of a chapter of the laws of 2010 amending the educa-
    7  tion  law  and the general municipal law relating to enacting the educa-
    8  tion mandate relief act  of  2010,  as  proposed  in  legislative  bills
    9  numbers S.5523-A and A.10130, takes effect.

                             [ ] is old law to be omitted.
