        AN  ACT to amend the education law, in relation to state aid for certain
          community colleges
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1.  Paragraph b of subdivision 1 of section 358 of the educa-
     2  tion law, as amended by chapter 698 of the laws of 1948  and  as  relet-
     3  tered by chapter 782 of the laws of 1966, is amended to read as follows:
     4    b.  Community  colleges, provided that such community college provides
     5  an educational opportunity program, as prescribed by section  six  thou-
     6  sand four hundred fifty-two of this chapter.
     7    §  2.  This  act shall take effect on the ninetieth day after it shall
     8  become a law.
