Section 9 of the soil and water conservation districts law 2 is amended by adding a new subdivision 16 to read as follows: 3 (16) WITHIN THE LIMITS OF APPROPRIATIONS MADE AVAILABLE FOR SUCH 4 PURPOSES, TO UNDERTAKE A PUBLIC INFORMATION AND EDUCATION PROGRAM 5 REGARDING THE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES OF PRESERVATION AND CONSERVATION 6 OF THE SOIL AND WATER RESOURCES OF THIS STATE SET FORTH IN SECTION TWO 7 OF THIS CHAPTER. 8 S 2.
