       AN ACT to amend chapter 333 of the laws of 2006  amending  the  tax  law
         relating  to  authorizing  the  county of Schoharie to impose a county
         recording tax on obligation secured by a mortgage on real property, in
         relation to extending the effectiveness thereof
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1. Section 2 of chapter 333 of the laws of 2006, amending the
    2  tax law relating to authorizing the county  of  Schoharie  to  impose  a
    3  county recording tax on obligation secured by a mortgage on real proper-
    4  ty, as amended by chapter 391 of the laws of 2011, is amended to read as
    5  follows:
    6    S  2.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
    7  deemed repealed on and after December 1, [2013] 2015.
    8    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
