       Introduced  by  Sen. LAVALLE -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
         printed to be committed to the Committee on Higher Education
       AN ACT to repeal subdivision 7 of section 7908  of  the  education  law,
         relating  to  requirements  for  sponsors of learning activities which
         contribute to mandatory continuing competency requirements for occupa-
         tional therapists and occupational therapy assistants
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1.  Subdivision  7  of  section  7908 of the education law is
    2  REPEALED.
    3    S 2. This act shall take effect on the  same  date  and  in  the  same
    4  manner as chapter 444 of the laws of 2012 takes effect.
