       AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to terms
         of sale of alcoholic beverages
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Paragraph a of subdivision 1 of section 101-aa of the alco-
    2  holic  beverage  control  law,  as  amended by chapter 84 of the laws of
    3  2004, is amended to read as follows:
    4    a. "Credit period" means a period  beginning  on  the  date  alcoholic
    5  beverages are delivered and ending [thirty] SIXTY days thereafter.
    6    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
