MAZIARZ -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to the application of pesticides THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Subdivision 11 of section 33-0101 of the environmental 2 conservation law, as added by chapter 612 of the laws of 1983, is 3 amended to read as follows: 4 11. "Commercial application" means any application of any pesticide 5 except as defined in private or residential application of pesticides. 6 "COMMERCIAL APPLICATION" SHALL NOT INCLUDE THE AERIAL APPLICATION OF 7 LESS THAN SIXTEEN OUNCES OF PESTICIDE. 8 S 2.
