       AN ACT relating to part-time police officer positions in the villages of
         Corfu and LeRoy in Genesee county
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1. Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation to the contra-
    2  ry, part-time police officer positions in the village of Corfu  and  the
    3  village of LeRoy, in the county of Genesee, shall be deemed non-competi-
    4  tive positions for purposes of civil service.
    5    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

                             [ ] is old law to be omitted.
