        Introduced  by  M.  of  A.  FINCH, OAKS -- read once and referred to the
          Committee on Local Governments -- committee discharged, bill  amended,
          ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee
        AN  ACT in relation to authorizing the county of Cayuga to sell or lease
          the real property and improvements formerly known as the Cayuga County
          Nursing Home to Auburn Community Hospital
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1.  Notwithstanding subdivision 6 of section 215 of the county
     2  law,  but  consistent with any other general or local law, the County of
     3  Cayuga, acting through its legislative body,  is  hereby  authorized  to
     4  sell  the  property  known  as the Cayuga County Nursing Home located at
     5  7451 County House Road, city of Auburn, to the Auburn Community Hospital
     6  for adequate consideration.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
