MURRAY -- read once and referred to the Committee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT in relation to authorizing the comptroller to deposit funds generated by park fees into the environmental protection fund THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1 Section 1. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the comp- 2 troller, at the direction of the director of the division of budget, is 3 hereby authorized to deposit to the credit of the environmental 4 protection fund fifty percent of any amount generated by the office of 5 parks, recreation and historic preservation above the total receipts 6 generated by park user fees, greens fees, cabin rentals, parking fees, 7 and all other park operations revenue sources during the two thousand 8 nine--two thousand ten state fiscal year, until the amount borrowed to 9 keep the parks open is fully repaid. 10 S 2.
