Bill Title: Provides that upon automatic enrollment of an individual by the department of financial services into a new health insurance plan that excludes coverage for reproductive health care services that were covered by the individual's previous policy, the new health insurance plan shall notify the individual of the differences in various reproductive health care coverage.
