Bill Title: Permits the legislature to alter or repeal certain educational institutions' tax exempt status if such higher education institution fails to expel, suspend, bring charges of a hate crime or otherwise appropriately apply disciplinary action against any individual or group who knowingly and intentionally, while using the property or other resources of such institution, establishes a culture of bias or promotes acts of discrimination or allows for the reckless endangerment of an individual's physical health or safety.
