Bill Title: Relates to the presentment of flags which were lowered to half-staff in memorial of the death of any police officer or peace officer; establishes that the commissioner of the division of criminal justice services, with the office of general services, shall arrange for the procurement and presentment of flags that were flown at half-staff in memorial of the death of any police officer or peace officer to the person designated to dispose of the remains of the officer.
