Summary

Authorizes the issuance of a special class A-1 distiller's license for operation on the premises of certain other distiller licensees to produce up to 10,000 gallons per year from New York agricultural products, otherwise upon the same terms and conditions as a class A-1 distiller's license; expands authorization for sales by distillers to certain other licensees and authorization for class B-1 licensees to operate as class A-1 distillers; eliminates need for duplicate state registration and approval of labels and for certain additional fees for A-1 and B-1 distillers.
