Allows law enforcement officials to obtain a court order which would prevent the release of personal, identifying information kept by the board of elections to anyone except another board of elections or a governmental agency; defines the term "law enforcement official" as those persons who, to a substantial extent of their time, are engaged primarily in the enforcement of criminal laws, whether state or federal.
