Summary

Establishes a mentoring program within the office of children and family services to assist juveniles released from juvenile facilities in the development of life skills in the city of New York; provides that mentors shall be students from the city university of New York who shall receive money towards tuition or course credit from such university; directs the commissioner of the office of children and family services to promulgate necessary rules and regulations.
