Summary

This bill would clarify that private veterinarians and veterinary tech- nicians serving the State as part of an activated Emergency Veterinary Medical Corps are not prohibited from appearing before the Department of Agriculture and Markets (Department) following such service.

Title

Authorizes persons who held temporary employment by the New York State department of agriculture and markets as a veterinarian one or animal health inspector one as a member of the emergency veterinary corps to appear or practice before a state agency within two years of the termination of such employment.
