Summary

To provide for an adjustment to the New York State Income Tax for the cost of individual health insurance paid by the state taxpayer for self, spouse or child.

Title

Provides that taxpayer may reduce federal adjusted gross income by an amount equal to all health insurance premiums actually paid by such taxpayer for self, spouse or child, less amount claimed for as a deduction for such premiums on the taxpayers federal return.
