Summary

This bill will exclude medical and prescription drug expenses which are not reimbursed or paid for by insurance from the definition of "income" when determining eligibility for the Senior Citizens Rent Increase Exemption Program (SCRIE) for tenant and the real property tax exemption program for homeowners.
