Summary
To reduce the onerous paperwork requirements imposed on school districts by empowering and mandating the Commissioner of Education to end duplicate and superfluous reporting requirements imposed on districts pursuant to state and federal law.

An act to amend the education law, in relation to the streamlining of planning and reporting requirements for school districts and boards of cooperative educational services; and to repeal subdivision 32 of section 305 of such law relating to a study of such requirements
