Summary

To provide that no criminal liability or penalty shall be attached to any person serving as a volunteer officer or member of a board of directors of a cooperative housing corporation unless he/she 1) intended to violate the law, 2) had actual knowledge that the law was being violated or 3) has been served with a notice that such law was being violated and failed to take action in a reasonable period of time.
