Title

Provides for humane destruction or disposition of certain animals; euthanasia of animals shall be accomplished by an injection of sodium pentobarbital administered by a technician while the animal is heavily sedated or in the case of an emergency, a gunshot is permissible in the case where an animal that is posing an imminent threat of serious physical injury; provides that chambers used to induce hypoxia by means of lethal gas shall be dismantled, rendered inoperable and beyond repair, and removed from the premises.
