Summary

AN ACT relating to emergency medical services; creating the Emergency Response Employees Mental Health Commission; prescribing the duties of the Commission relating to emergency response employees who are experiencing mental health issues as a result of the nature of their work; providing, with limited exceptions, that communications between an emergency response employee and a peer support counselor are confidential and not admissible in certain proceedings; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
