An Act appropriating moneys to the Department of Environmental Protection from the "Clean Waters Fund" for a wastewater treatment project.

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

     1.    There is appropriated to the Department of Environmental Protection from the "Clean Waters Fund" created pursuant to section 14 of the "Clean Waters Bond Act of 1976," 1[(P.L.1976, c.92)] P.L.1976, c.92,1 the sum of 1[$3,600,000] $3,542,1611 to be used by the 1[Department of Human Services] Division of Property Management and Construction in the Department of the Treasury1 for the costs associated with the 1construction and1 upgrade of the wastewater treatment system located at the former Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital.

 

     12.   There is appropriated to the Department of Environmental Protection the sum of $25,440 from loan repayments previously appropriated to the department from the "Clean Waters Fund," created pursuant to section 14 of the "Clean Waters Bond Act of 1976," P.L.1976, c.92, for State loans pursuant to section 1 of P.L.1981, c.234, to be used for the costs associated with the construction and upgrade of the wastewater treatment system located at the former Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital.1
