     Requires State park and forest restroom facilities to include an exclusive family restroom.

An Act concerning certain facilities at State parks and forests and supplementing P.L.1983, c.324 (C.13:1L-1 et seq.)

 

     Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:

 

     1.  All State park and forest restroom facilities shall include as part of the restroom facilities a "family" restroom that allows for parents and children of either sex to use the facility simultaneously.  The family restroom shall be properly and conspicously signed as exclusively a family restroom.

 

     2.  This act shall take effect immediately.

 

 

STATEMENT
