STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

AN ACT relative to implementation of the Medicaid managed care program.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Medicaid Managed Care Program; Implementation.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, step 2 of the Medicaid managed care program, established in RSA 126-A:5, XIX, shall not be implemented before July 1, 2017.  In addition, step 2 shall not be implemented until, in addition to any other approvals required by law, it is approved by the joint legislative fiscal committee.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
