STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen

 

AN ACT requiring feminine hygiene products in school restrooms.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Section; Feminine Hygiene Products.  Amend RSA 189 by inserting after section 16 the following new section:

189:16-a  Feminine Hygiene Products.  The school board shall make feminine hygiene products available free of charge in girls bathrooms located in public high schools.  The schools shall bear the cost of such products.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
