STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two

 

AN ACT relative to minimum nonforfeiture amounts under the standard nonforfeiture law for individual deferred annuities.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Insurance; Minimum Nonforfeiture Amounts.  Amend RSA 409-A:4, III(c) to read as follows:

(c) Where the resulting interest rate is not less than [one percent] 15 basis points (0.15 percent); and

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
