STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Insurance; Minimum Nonforfeiture Amounts. Amend RSA 409-A:4, III(c) to read as follows:
(c) Where the resulting interest rate is not less than [one percent] 15 basis points (0.15 percent); and
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
