STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

 

AN ACT relative to eliminating specific requirements of pharmacy continuous quality improvement programs beyond the establishment of such programs.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 318:45-a, II through VII, relative to continuous quality improvement in licensed pharmacies, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
