Bill Title: A concurrent resolution urging the United States Department of the Interior's Bureau of Reclamation and North Dakota's Congressional Delegation to work together to find a solution that allows people occupying lots around Lake Tschida under bureau-issued permits to freely transfer their permits and to leave nonpermanent structures, such as mobile homes, on their lots and that the state Attorney General consider taking such action as may be helpful to bring about the desired solution.
