A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to disapprove a rule adopted by the mining and energy Commission providing for Management of Oil or Gas Exploration and Development.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to G.S. 150B‑21.3(b1), 15A NCAC Subchapter 5H (Oil and Gas Conservation), as adopted by the Mining and Energy Commission on November 14, 2014, and approved by the Rules Review Commission on December 17, 2014, and January 15, 2015, is disapproved.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
