HOUSE BILL 991

 

 

AN ACT to postpone the effective date of changes made to the jackson county occupancy tax during the 2011 regular session of the general assembly.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

 

SECTION 1.  Section 7 of S.L. 2011‑170 reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 7.  Part II and Section 5 of this act become effective January 1, 2013. This The remainder of this act is effective when it becomes law."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 28^th day of June, 2012.
