A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds to assess state‑owned buildings.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Commerce the sum of six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) for the 2015‑2016 fiscal year to be used to assess State‑owned buildings throughout the State.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2015.
