AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE ISSAQUENA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO TRANSFER TO THE TOWN OF MAYERSVILLE, MISSISSIPPI, A CERTAIN LOT WHICH THE COUNTY HAS NO USE FOR; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. Issaquena County, Mississippi, is hereby authorized to transfer to the Town of Mayersville, Mississippi, the lot described in Section 2 of this act that is not used for county business and which the county finds to be a liability to own.

SECTION 2. The description of the lot is as follows:

Ninety-Five (95) feet off the North end of the East

Half (E1/2) of Lot Three (3), and ninety-five (95)

feet off the North end of the West Half of West Half

(W1/2 W1/2) of Lot Five (5), said Lots being in Block G

of the Village of Mayersville, Issaquena County,

Mississippi, as per plat or map of said Village, and

being a part of Section 3, Township 12 North, Range 8

West, Issaquena County, Mississippi.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
