House Bill 1797

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO MAINTAIN CAMP SEMINOLE ROAD; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

     SECTION 1.  (1)  The Board of Supervisors of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) annually, out of any available funds of the county, to maintain Camp Seminole Road, which is a road located in Camp Seminole in Starkville, Mississippi.

     (2)  This section shall be repealed from and after July

1, 2027.

     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
