Summary

An Act To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors Of Rankin County, Mississippi, To Specify The Hours Of Operation Of Facilities That Sell Alcoholic Beverages In A Certain Qualified Resort Area Located In The Reservoir Community District, Specify The Percentage Of Revenue That Facilities That Offer Alcoholic Beverages For Sale Must Derive From The Preparation, Cooking And Serving Of Meals And Not From The Sale Of Beverages In Such Qualified Resort Area, And Designate The Areas In Which Facilities That Offer Alcoholic Beverages For Sale May Be Located In Such Qualified Resort Area; And For Related Purposes.
