An Act To Authorize The Governing Authorities Of The City Of Jackson, Mississippi, To Regulate And Prohibit The Placement And Use Of Private Water Wells Within The Boundaries Of The Municipal Utility Service Area; To Provide That Certain Water Wells Shall Be Exempt From Any Regulation And Prohibition Authorized By This Act; And For Related Purposes.
