An Act To Amend Section 27-65-111, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Exempt From Sales Taxation Sales Of Certain Home Medical Equipment And Supplies When Payment For The Equipment And Supplies Is Made, In Part Or In Whole, On Behalf Of Or For The Benefit Of An Insured Under An Insurance Policy, Contract Or Plan; To Exempt From Sales Taxation Sales Of Any Instrument, Device, Appliance, Accessories Or Supplies Used For The Diagnosis, Testing Or Treatment Of Diabetes, Or Used In The Administration Of Medicines For Diabetes Or The Testing Of Blood Glucose; To Exempt From Sales Taxation Sales Of Tangible Personal Property And Service To The Diabetes Foundation Of Mississippi And The Mississippi Chapter Of The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation; And For Related Purposes.
